Once we receive your returned item(s), your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned items are deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued immediately equal to the price of returned item(s) to your method of payment minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Local customers please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a drop off time for returns.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of damaged or faulty items to email@example.com.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Item(s) purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid minus shipping charges. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
Due to the rate at which items sell out we do not do offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
